“Made in France” has a long way to go

The report said that the state of French industry is not optimistic. According to the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Research, the share of French-made products in domestic final demand has fallen by 11 percentage points in 50 years to 78 per cent, with manufactured goods falling from 82 per cent to 38 per cent.
